Watchman found dead at Windsor Primary School

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Henry Neverson, a 56 year old Watchman of New Montrose.

According to investigations, Neverson’s lifeless body was discovered with multiple chop wounds at the Windsor Primary School on Tuesday (June 23) morning.

The police were subsequently informed and the District Medical Officer (DMO) was summoned to the scene and later pronounced the body dead.

A photo circulated on social media, depicted that the deceased man was found bound at the hands and feet.

A post-mortem examination is expected to be carried out on the body to ascertain the cause of death.

Police are therefore seeking the assistance of the public in obtaining any information that will lead to the apprehension and prosecution of the offender(s) in this matter. All information will be dealt with confidentially.
