Three Hundred & Forty (340) COVID-19 cases recorded in SVG

Epidemiologist within the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment (MOHWE), Tamara Bobb on Wednesday (Jan. 13) shared updated statistics for COVID-19 in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Bobb informed that on Tuesday (Jan. 12) night, forty-nine (49) additional cases were confirmed, bringing the total number of cases to three hundred and thirty-three (333).

This information was provided at a MOHWE press conference Wednesday afternoon.

Further, the ministry’s report Wednesday evening listed total cases at 340, thus indicating an increase of seven cases, between 2pm and 6pm.

No additional recoveries have since been reported and so remains at 106. The number of active cases in SVG to date is 234.
